Who we are
OurPath Guidance Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, based in Whitechapel, London. We are the data controller for the information described here. For any question about this notice, write to hello@ourpathguidance.co.uk.
What we collect and why
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use these only to respond to you and to discuss whether our services are a suitable fit. This is on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries we receive.
If you go on to work with us, we hold correspondence and session records necessary to deliver the engagement. These are kept separately from the website and their scope is set out in your written agreement.
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are retained for six years after it ends, which reflects the ordinary limitation period, and are then securely destroyed.
Who processes it
Two providers process this data on our instructions:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Google Workspace provides our email and document storage.
Both operate under their own data protection obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit agreement.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, provide a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. To make a subject access request, email hello@ourpathguidance.co.uk with "Subject access request" in the subject line. We respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Confidentiality
OurPath provides non-clinical developmental guidance. What you share in sessions is treated as confidential, subject to limited exceptions which are set out in writing before any engagement begins.
